What is our return policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@wallace-and-company.com as soon as possible.

Do you offer classes?

We offer several classes including: Needlepoint 101 (beginner), Needlepoint 102 (intermediate), ornament finishing, and many more. Click HERE to view our current classes.

Do you accept finishing?

We accept a variety of finishes including: ornaments (any shape), belts, key fobs, stockings, pillows, scissor cases, eyeglass cases, stand-ups, and more.

How can I kit a canvas I ordered online?

We are happy to kit online orders! You can text us at (865)200-5048 or email us at hello@wallace-and-company.com with you order number and any thread preferences you have. We will send you a picture of our selections to ensure you are happy with our choices before a separate invoice is sent. You will not be charged for shipping, we will include the fibers with your initial order shipment.
